Empowering you to tap into your own natural potential to be well in life.
We help people searching for more balance in life find a path towards wellness through teaching and sharing the ancient healing science of Yoga & Ayurveda.
Our Philosophy
We teach from a place of genuine authenticity because yoga isn't just something we do - it's how we live. Every day, we practise yoga to reconnect with who we are beneath the conditioning of life, moving towards greater awareness, freedom and inner peace.
Our teaching is grounded in whole-body healing, where the physical and spiritual practices of yoga come together to support lasting wellbeing. We don't believe yoga is about becoming someone new - it's about remembering who you've been all along.

Meet your instructor
Hey there, I’m Zoe
I found Ayurveda and Yoga to help me cope better with the challenges in life. When I noticed the positive impact it had on my wellbeing, I decided to become a teacher of Ayurveda and Yoga.
Over the years I have immersed myself in over 800 hours of comprehensive training in the fields of Yoga, Ayurveda, Childbirth Education, Hypnobirthing, Birth and Postpartum Doula Support, Biodynamics and Permaculture.
I bring this experience into my yoga practice to not only offer classes that improve your physical body but transform your mental and spiritual state of being helping to cultivate a sense of motivation and confidence in life.
I am a mother of three girls and a wife to farmer - these two roles teaching me more than any qualification has ever done.
I am grateful to have the art and science of Ayurveda and Yoga to support me through this wild and wonderful current of life.
